Senior Consultant
 

Job Description: The position is responsible for creation of innovative business solutions meeting the tactical and strategic objectives of our clients. Requiring a confident, self sufficient individual the position seeks qualified candidates accustomed to delivering a work product well exceeding our clients' expectations. The position also requires the interested party to continually develop new and existing business and technical expertise including the creation of increasingly more efficient consulting processes. The position, as designed, includes 'customer facing' opportunities and requires the consultant to create and manage additional client opportunities. Key to the position is the continual acquisition of expertise and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's degree with at minimum 10 years consulting, sales, or equivalent experience. Direct experience with telecommunications architecture, wireless infrastructure, contact center technology, unified communications, and project management are preferred. Practical business experience understanding top-line growth, bottom-line optimization, and business motives are a must. The position requires excellent written and oral skills with experience interacting with CIOs and senior level IT and telecom managers within the Fortune 1000.

Must be able to travel as much as 25%.

Project Analyst

Job Description: Candidates for this position will possess excellent analytical skills and work in support of our Senior Consultants. Speed and accuracy are the benchmarks of a skilled Project Analyst. As such, this position requires an in-depth knowledge and substantial experience with Microsoft Excel and Access database applications. A reasonable familiarity with PowerPoint and Word is desired as well. As a Project Analyst there will be fewer occasions from which to directly interact with clients, however, good listening and communication skills are essential. This position can be entry level with a designed path for advancement based on continued performance improvement and skill acquisition.

Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's degree with at minimum 3 years consulting or equivalent experience. Direct experience with telecommunications auditing and analysis is preferred. Practical business experience is desired.  The position requires excellent written and oral skills.

Must be able to travel less than 10%.

Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Description: An inside sales position responsible for developing projects with a targeted base of approximately 5,000 prospects. Reaching out to these prospects primarily through email and telephone follow up, the successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Organization is another crucial quality for the Enterprise Sales Manager. As such, this position requires an in-depth knowledge and substantial experience with Symantec's ACT as well as Microsoft's Outlook and Word applications. A reasonable familiarity with PowerPoint is desired as well. This position can be entry level with a designed path for advancement based on continued performance improvement and skill acquisition.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree with at minimum 3 years experience selling services is required. Direct experience with selling telecommunication services is preferred. Practical business experience is desired.
